Notes from The Spook Who Sat by the Door

The young Cadets who were kicked out of the Academy were taught by people who were not qualified to teach the Cadets. Therefore, they have cause for a lawsuit. They need to be compensated: namely for pain and suffering from this current administration. This administration has attempted to demean and degrade these cadets at the beginning of their careers.

And why weren't they qualified to teach?

THIS SOUNDS LIKE ONE OF THE PROBLEMS FOUND UNDER THAT BIG ROSEMBUAM INVESTIGATION. YOUR EMTS THEN HAD A HIGH FAILURE RATE, CONTRIBUTING TO THEM DOING A POOR JOB, AND STILL THE PROBLEM HAS YET TO BE RESOLVED? WHOS RUNNING YOUR DEPARTMENT? ARE THEY CERTIFIED? ARE THEY QUALIFIED? INQUIRING MINDS WOULD REALLY LIKE TO KNOW.

What "cadets" were kicked out of the academy??? The cadet program finished several months ago. Or are you talking about the current recruit classes? The ones that are bieng trained by certified instructors. And I am curious if the "spook" is an EMT or is he/she just someone that is just running off at the mouth about something that he or she knows nothing about? And if he/she is an EMT or higher what score did you need to pass the class? In my EMT class over a dozen years ago you needed a 75 to pass and had less time to take the class, so why is it now a problem? I have an idea, THIS JOB IS NOT FOR EVERYONE!

This Dept has mistakes in almost every branch of it. It's not a perfect system nor is it trying to make itself a more productive work place for the employees, trainees, and people we serve. I can understand all the hostility because some one is talking about it and maybe doing something active. But what is the Dept actively doing to fix its problems such as the one mentioned here. Are they going to give the terminated individuals a fair shot or are they going to try and cover this up too. By correcting their program so this won't come about again. I feel if you are going to fix the system then include the ones that suffered from its fallacies...
